The Fragile Right and Censorship Today

As I read an article about Marjorie Taylor Greene using Facebook to harass David Hogg, ramble about Qanon conspiracy garbage, and incite riots, murders and sedition, I was amazed. The right-wing Trump supporters could get away with murder, or at least inciting it, on Facebook while those of us on the left are suspended or have accounts permanently disabled for innocuous comments. Yet they all still scream about freedom of speech and claim their rights are being violated ad nauseam.

I have been censored for decades, really since 1992, and I quickly learned the difference between censorship and freedom of speech or first amendment rights. What I dealt with back in the 90s was a clear violation of my first amendment rights. I did go to a couple of attorneys about it and one was the ACLU attorney for Central Florida at the time, but he wasn't interested because he was representing a strip club and claimed it was a conflict of interest.

Here's my October 1996 Sprint Publishing letter. For the record, the "clear and convincing case" the MBI made to Sprint Publishing involved setting up Sprint ad reps using vague word twisting and circle talk. They then took the "evidence" to Sprint's attorneys and threatened to takedown the entire company for racketeering (RICO). I addressed it thoroughly in my Memoirs book.

I have one from Bellsouth Advertising too, but it doesn't mention the MBI and they voluntarily removed the category. No setup was necessary.

Take the world of adult businesses for example and think back to Craigslist Erotic Services category... Do you have any clue how threatened Craigslist CEO and attorneys were by the Orlando MBI? Here are the letters with the thinly veiled threats.

Remember Backpage indictments and federal takedown? Ever heard of Big Doggie? I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that what's published is controlled, at least in the US.

Do I need to link my post about PayPal permanently limiting and freezing my account because they claimed a book I published and sold using PayPal for payment processors was adult sexual material (It's not!)? Yeah, so only Amazon and Google can sell my books and I have not been able to since 2011. I was angry about the PayPal censorship because it was based on a lie, but it has nothing to do with freedom of speech or the first amendment.

Censored By PayPal

The fragile right has worked to get Facebook to censor me for some time now. My account has been restricted four times this year for innocuous comments. This last 3-day suspension felt like I was slapped and told that I had better not dare to respond to the misinformation, hyperbole, and attacks constantly spread by this crowd; not even jokingly. It occurred on an article about the My Pillow guy's plight and I was repeatedly lectured about oppression and freedom of speech before making the comment.

Truth be told, if I had any clue it would have resulted in yet another 3-day suspension, I would have said what I wanted to say: You're dumb as freakin' dirt! Stop your whining BS, go read a book, and take your pillow pal with you.

UPDATE on April 22, 2021 @12:45PM

First I must state that after watching the situation closely for the last couple of months, I must conclude that it is not left vs right as I initially believed. I'm updating this post as the topic is unworthy of another post.

Facebook a Tool of Manipulation and Nothing More

As if suspending accounts for a perceived violation of the Terms of Service was not enough, the new tool in the Facebook tool box is to simply block an account from commenting, posting, or any form of participation if the person is on a target list. If your account posts comments on articles that dispute the article itself or the establishment / government viewpoint you are next. A block pops-up that looks like this:

I'm sure I'm not the first target and positively not the last, but when it happened to me a couple of days ago it was the first time I saw it or heard about it. Perhaps they are testing it out on a handful of accounts and intend to fully implement the tool in the near future. I'm over social media in general, so just alerting the rest of you on the situation.

They're working with media and government on this... mark my words. While nothing I stated violated anything, I do recall the discussion that seemed to trigger it.

UPDATE on June 18, 2021 @11:45PM

So, today my Facebook account was suspended for 3 days for the simple act of responding to a troll account with an image of a troll. It was on an article The Hill posted discussing Trump's opinion on why the US shouldn't boycott the 2022 Olympics in Beijing, and for the record, I also don't think the US should boycott. I commented that my opinion was at least as valid as Trump's on the issue and how irrelevant his thoughts are. My comment received a lot of likes and of course responses from a few trolls. One troll posted a couple of memes calling me a "Karen". I responded once with this...

Yes, that's it. You see, Facebook allows these Trump followers to create empty, blank accounts anonymously and troll any comments negative on their leader. They then report any and all responses immediately and see what sticks. My little response violated Facebook Community Standards of harassment according to Facebook. You've got to laugh; I did.

Facebook has community standards? Wondering if A1 or these moderators are living under a rock OR if they're all set to an I love Trump setting.

File this under Absurd Suspensions with the rest of this shit. 😉

Hmm I was able to share a post a minute ago, so perhaps a human reversed the 3 day suspension. No notification on this, but in past they usually posted a note saying sorry, but we made a mistake two weeks after the suspension. Yeah.

Endearing the Snitches

I have been watching a disturbing trend lately that is worthy of addressing. Government informants are not only working to save themselves in criminal prosecutions and getting paid cash $s to do it, many are also playing to the media, writing books, offering consultant services and booking speaking engagements. At least in the days of Sammy Gravano and Henry Hill, the snitches and government informants hid not only from their victims, but also from the limelight. Their informant lies and drivel were not thrown in our faces.

I was first disturbed by this snitches in the limelight problem - and hey, I'm coining the term here, so consider this first source - late last year when Sabu, the snitch from the Jeremy Hammond / Anonymous prosecution came out publicly in mainstream news interviews. Next thing I knew, he was booking speaking engagements. What unadulterated flippin' audacity!

I admire Jeremy Hammond and resent Sabu from the bottom of my heart. Nothing I can do about Sabu's new-found fame in the media except to turn my back (and wallet) on any business that decides to insult the public with his paid presence. Anyone that knows anything about the snitch / informant part in the failed US criminal justice system and deplorable prison industry should join me on that. Sabu and the rest if his ilk are the dregs of this society and as they laugh and speak in news interviews, their victims suffer every day, all day.

Additional recent encounters with this obnoxious new phenomenon involve former players in the world of adult business that turned informant. I read an article the other day about Anna Gristina dealing with a probation problem over a picture. Of course the State of New York is making its play to lock her in a cage again. I did a Google search for her name to find more info on this new issue, but most recent articles that showed in search were about former hooker Rebecca Woodard, and she was bragging about how it was hard as hell to hook Anna Gristina as she played the role of snitch / informant.

Woodard wrote a book about her efforts as a hooker turned informant and has been interviewed in mainstream news numerous times. She apparently embellished the snitch role. I just did a search on Amazon and her stupid book isn't selling much with those damning reviews. You could get the hardcover copy for $.01 used, if you wanted one, but according to numerous reviewers, she can't form a decent sentence and you'll suffer boredom attempting to read it. Well, that's good news. Anna - 1, Snitch hooker - 0!

The next encounter was the result of a search on Heidi Fleiss. Heidi has always been an interesting person and I just wondered what she was up to these days. In the search results were numerous articles about former hooker Alexandra Datig. A search on Datig revealed much about her. Apparently she's an anti-marijuana crusader among other new occupations. Go to hell Datig; you're completely f'ing clueless.

Datig (of Heidi Fleiss fame - just so she knows why anyone at all would listen to a word she says) has also embarked on a new career as a victim, claiming that she was a victim of human trafficking. Good grief - escaping prosecution and being paid as an informant while working as a hooker for lots of $s wasn't enough for this informant / snitch - she has the audacity to claim victim of human trafficking status. Have you ever heard anything so absurd? Oh and of course she's writing a book about her life, as if anyone gives a rat's rear.

I thought these snitches were supposed to blend into the background, hide under aliases, and in general, stay in their little holes. Now we have to hear about the lot of them on a regular basis as they each turn into the new mainstream media darlings, limelight bound and standing to profit further from their dirty deeds while we're all forced to endure their stench repeatedly.

There are many more, of course.

A Discussion About Knock and Talks

Police usually use Knock and Talks to talk their way into a residence with lies, manipulation, and coercion. However, this tool in the law enforcement toolbox is not always to gain entry and can be used to intimidate a suspect into making a statement that would give the officer(s) probable cause to arrest.

The one thing that you can be sure of is that if law enforcement agents are attempting a knock and talk, it's because they do not have the evidence they need to make an arrest. I can guarantee that they do not want to talk to you for any reasons that could be beneficial to you. In fact, many law enforcement careers are based on lies and the manipulation of anyone they choose to target.

As my father taught me long ago, the police are not there to help you. Arresting people is their job. There is nothing in a law enforcement officer job description that even alludes to helping people. It's all about arrest and obtaining evidence to eventually arrest.

So why on earth would anyone ever speak to a cop or investigator that knocks on their door? Well, I think back to my own case when the infamous agent Brant Rose and another agent knocked on my mother's door wanting to discuss me. Unlike me, my mother used to care about what they neighbors think. The agents at the door got louder by the minute in their attempt to get invited in. She did invite them in so no one could hear the hallway conversations. The coercive knock and talk technique worked on her. Not that she said anything at all to them once they entered, but still... they did get to have a look around.

I, on the other hand, do not give a flying crap about how loud they get in the apartment building hallway and that is where they stayed when a similar attempt was made on me around 10 days ago. No cop will ever enter anywhere I live without a search warrant. As a matter of fact, when MBI agents came to arrest me in the false and created case back in November 2001, at my home in Orange County, the first thing I stated to them at the door was that they did not have my permission to search. They screamed that I was under arrest and shoved me back inside, but they sure as hell did not get the benefit of searching!
So to conclude here: Knock and talks can be utilized by law enforcement to gain entry to a residence or just to talk to a person or a suspect to get information they will later use to arrest. What we do know for sure is that cops do not bother with knock and talks if they have evidence (probable cause) to arrest - they simply arrest and then attempt to manipulate the party into a statement while in custody - because in-custody manipulation is so much easier for them.

If law enforcement officers ever show-up at your door attempting a knock and talk, call an attorney. After all is said and done, we have few rights left in this country, but we always have the right to shut-up and not hand them what they need to get an arrest warrant. Words can be twisted and conversations manipulated and they're definitely not stopping by to help you.

The Surveillance State

From October 2001, with the passing of the USA Patriot Act, forward to date, surveillance in the US has proliferated beyond our worst and wildest nightmare. I knew this as it happened and thanks to recent document releases to the public by various parties, I am finally vindicated. Not that I needed vindication for my many statements over the years, but I am ecstatic that the rest of the country has finally awakened.

I jump up and down with glee that no one can call me paranoid anymore as so many people have over the years. If you do not understand my feelings on this, it's only because you've never experienced the severe harassment and abuse that I did for years prior to my November 20, 2001, arrest and then in the years that followed, but it seriously worsened as I awaited trial. Of course all of this included being called a "conspiracy theorist" and paranoid by every moron I encountered.

I am only sorry that Suzanne Irmischer Redfern (Dusty from the book) is not alive today to experience her own vindication. Dusty and I suffered through so much between my arrest and the trial and no matter where we turned, no one believed us. The MBI told anyone that would listen that we were both paranoid, crazy, and none of it ever happened. Well, it happened alright - from helicopter chases on I-95 to GPS tracking to illegal wiretapping to stolen mail to secret break-ins in both our homes and much more.

People often wonder how I can still be so angry today - more than 10 years after my acquittal by the jury. Well there you have it... There's nothing like knowing all of this shit and being called paranoid every time you attempt to discuss it anywhere with anyone. Perhaps it's even worse when people act like they believe you, yet dismiss all that you say while pretending to agree. For a very long time the only thing I said about it in response to MBI lies was I know what you did. A person can only take so much. Denial is a river in Egypt, or so they say. The MBI has many member agencies, including the DEA, the FBI and a list of others and are not simply a random good ole boy Florida agency.

You can read about much of what I suffered in Memoirs. Today you'd have to have your head buried in sand to not believe my story. I offer special thanks to Edward Snowden and WikiLeaks and the many people that they've worked with along the way for the enlightenment of the general population in the US.

Today when I venture to the comment section on most news articles related to the surveillance state it is clear that people get it - they really get it - and they're all mad, save a few random government sock puppets paid by that surveillance state. And every single day there is more information coming out about what they've been doing to us, the people, all of these years.

So what have we all learned in the last few months? Really there is so much that it would be impossible to list in a blog post, but you can start by reading documents on a couple of websites:

On 4 September 2013, WikiLeaks released Spy Files 3, but 1 and 2 are also important. This should keep you in reading material for some time:

A website that I have visited regularly since 1997, frequently posts documents that that reveal the truth on a lengthy list of topics. There are so many interesting documents that I do not want to devote attention to any specific ones:

If you did read the book about my story, you're aware that the story begins with my pursuit of the telephone line blocking issues and the topic is expounded throughout as the situation evolves. I have accumulated some additional information since the publishing of the book and I will state that there was a defense contractor involved. I have no documents to prove this though and therefore I'm not throwing the name out there. It would be wonderful to find documents on the subject before I die. If someone out there comes across such important information, I'd truly appreciate a heads-up on it - I think I have earned that much.

No matter though - really I am just happy that people are finally waking-up and smelling the coffee as more abuse is exposed every day. I love it.

On the Culture and Acceptance of War

Life has changed so much since September 11, 2001, that sometimes it is hard to remember how it used to be. Over eleven years have passed and the people have been inundated and indoctrinated by mainstream media to the point that today war and killing is not only acceptable, it is believed admirable and appreciated by the great majority. Oh how I long for the days of yesteryear when diplomacy, offering a helping hand, and questioning motivation were the traits admired in our citizenry. The inquisitive mind was appreciated - not attacked.

Today it is the soldier, the recent veteran, Navy SEALS, the Army wives, and in general, anyone that has served the US military forces in Iraq, Afghanistan, or elsewhere in the Middle East on its mission to disrupt, pummel, and kill an entire civilization and that benefits financially and receives and expects thanks for their dirty deeds on a daily basis.

Yesteryear was so different. The era when my parents joined the military was one in which truth prevailed, no one expected thanks, and the great majority that joined did so to escape poverty at home. The military was a great thing for my parents and both joined to see the world, learn about new cultures, and earn a decent living with many benefits. Neither of them expected you to pat them on the back every day and thank them for their service. Yes, prior to September 11, 2001, most people that joined the military did so to have a better life and had no issue admitting that fact. They were thankful for opportunities afforded by the military.

Things have changed, and not for the better. Following that fateful day in 2001, we had gang members from inner cities, bigots and racists, and people that needed a way out of the poverty they were destined to joining the military forces. I'm sure there were a few good guys in there somewhere, but they were not the majority by any level of measurement. While some may be secretly thankful for the change in destination, the great majority would prefer that those refusing to thank them for their service (like me) in the War on Terror were dead.

The people that claim to defend our freedoms today actually helped the US government bury any real freedoms forever. Our culture is all about war and death today. As former president G.W. Bush stated in September of 2001, "Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists." Blind obedience was what he demanded from the American people and over time it is exactly what he has received for the most part. The rest of us with questioning personalities were labeled terrorists, criminals, traitors, and agitators.

Mainstream media is to blame

I read an article several days ago in which the writer brought-up the importance of media in forming thoughts of the citizenry in the pro-war culture we exist in today and I cannot locate it - if I find it I'll link it herein. Anyway, shortly after September 11, 2001 (November 20th), my time was occupied by my arrest and the subsequent harassment by agents of the Orlando MBI. I had little time to think about what anyone was doing in the Middle East until after my trial and acquittal in January of 2003. I rarely watched television and I have not changed even today. Indeed, I was preoccupied.

Back in early 2003, before I took a long trip to South Texas, I was working with a friend on occasion as a caregiver for an elderly woman when my friend needed a night off or had some other reason that she couldn't be there. The woman that she took care of was named Marianne. Well, Marianne had the television on all night long and she'd sit in her chair, watching CNN, and cheering the embedded reporters and the military soldiers they traveled with in Iraq. Marianne was an armchair warrior like so many others in the US. After watching it for a short while, I couldn't take it anymore and stopped helping my friend.

The entire idea of embedded reporters sucked-in so many that were previously disconnected from the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. For many of them, it was not much different than a game - like so many of those Xbox and Wii war and soldier games. Probably half of the country became armchair warriors during the years of embedded reporters. There is an entire generation that is growing-up with a war and death mentality that society has yet to deal with; good luck with that.

I mentioned Army wives in the second paragraph herein and it was included as a result of the tv show, "Army Wives" that seems to have taken over the Lifetime channel. I used to enjoy an occasional movie on Lifetime, such as, "The Interrogation of Michael Crowe," but these days the good ones are few and far between. I have never watched that show about Army wives and imagine that it has no interest except from, well, Army (include all military branches) wives to be general. Who gives a rat's behind? Not me. Some have jobs, but most live off of their husband's war pay (i.e. the American taxpayers).

Yeah, that last thought will result in yet unknown backlash, but whatever - if the shoe fits. It is a culture that appreciates, profits from, and even loves war. Somehow being called a traitor by any one of them diminishes the word in general. Yeah, we are all traitors because we do not support your war machine money tree. Right. How dare we abhor and speak out against killing and death! Get indignant because it fits the created mold.

The Information Game

Sometimes the information game is a game of misinformation as it is with Alex Jones. Jones and people like him killed the real 911 truth movement with wild, unsubstantiated theories, often referred to as conspiracy theories. As a result, anyone that doubts any information disseminated by the US government and its representatives today have the label of 'conspiracy theorist' or 'crazy lady'.

As if demanding to know where NORAD was on that fateful day that changed our society forever is somehow a conspiracy theory. As if knowing the real-time futures and options trade information for the time period surrounding that day can be categorized as theory at all. As if finding passports of the alleged terrorists in the rubble remaining or picturing jets hijacked with box cutters is not a conspiracy theory. Not all of us fell off of the turnip truck somewhere in Idaho.

Along came Bradley Manning, accused whistleblower extraordinaire. How dare he help the American people to be more informed and know precisely what these warriors are really doing in their name. How dare he. Go ahead - be indignant and call him the traitor of all traitors because it fits the mold you have created. We are supposed to be like the image of the three monkeys and remain silent while murder, death, and the end of an entire civilization takes place in our name. We dare not speak lest we also be called traitor. Yup, you've got the system down to a perfection and this is your time to shine.

Of course none of that real and accurate information could have been disseminated without the involvement of those real journalists and publishers that had no interest in embedded reporters from CNN et al. of past. Today we also have the information advantage of hacktivists and an entirely different culture that is sick and tired of lies, murder, drones, and armchair warriors. Yes, you can apply that 'traitor' label as we expect you to, but it won't shut anyone down on the topic. We know that the true meaning of the label was diminished long before you entered the game and is utterly meaningless today, at least as it relates to the actual definition.

So pull out those angry, indignant sock puppets and promote your cause, which is little more than money in your bank account. You may fool most of the people, but many are drugged these days so that's not any sort of accomplishment. You will never fool all of the people.

Oh how I long for the days of time past.

PayPal Censorship has Broad Ramifications

As many of you are aware, PayPal froze my account back in July 2011 because I "sell a book about escort services". Refer to my original post: Censored by PayPal. This post was prompted by an article written by Andrew Shaffer and posted on February 27, 2012 for Huff Post: PayPal Takes Controversial Stance Against Sex

I thank Andrew Shaffer for including my unusual case in this article.

In the last few days, this US corporation that pretends to be a bank, but is not regulated as such, has demanded that books categorized as "erotica" with specific sexual content that many consider to be abhorrent be removed from a list of online bookstores that sell with PayPal. The particular content at issue is nothing I'd ever read, but since when did Americans appreciate what amounts to book burning?

My situation is proof positive that this monstor censor won't stop there - they are after all that is adult. Does the Disney - Meg Whitman connection have any relation to the recent events? I think so, but then I know better than most what Disney is capable of in the pursuit of an anti-adult agenda and it is more than you can imagine.

Reflections on the Past

As a result of my past history as an adult business owner in the Orlando area, I find the recent actions by PayPal to be par for the course. An examination of the bigger picture here reveals a similar anti-adult trend in the US to that which I experienced for so many years in Orlando. I said it before and I'll say it again: Orlando was a test market to understand the level of toleration for censorship of the general population in the US. Welcome to my world.

Back in 1996, the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI), with Disney grants as one major source of funding, pursued Sprint Yellow Pages as a result of the publisher's refusal to remove the "escort services" category from its upcoming 1996 books. More on that story in Memoirs.

To better understand the MBI agenda over the years, read: Orlando MBI: The Long War on Adults

The Orlando area has been under siege for over 30 years by these pretend prudes that are now disguised by corporate America and as a matter of fact, many have now joined corporate America after retiring - (A big holler out to former MBI agent Ray Peters and a congrats on his employment as Head of Security at the Rosen Plaza in Orlando). I state "pretend" because as the party that owned escort services in the metro Orlando area for 10 years, I know what they really do. They may fool some of the people some of the time, but they'll never fool me.

I know why I was prosecuted and it had nothing at all to do with anything (95% pure lies and BS) stated in the arrest affidavit. You may note that there was never even enough evidence to get court orders to wiretap or search in my investigation and prosecution.

The Big Picture

What began long ago as a war on all that is adult in Orlando, Florida has now proliferated and is a War on all that is adult in the US. First they went after anyone they could find that looked like a viable target. This practice evolved into creating cases where there were none to begin with as the eye of government turned to the publishers of advertisements and websites for adult business.

One of the most known cases is the MBI arrest of several Orlando Weekly advertising sales executives and the civil RICO indictment of the newspaper in late 2007. Read what well-known First Amendment attorney Marc Randazza had to say about this case: The Orlando Weekly Case

Going after publishers is the first major step in the anti-adult agenda. Of course the great majority voluntarily caved and stopped selling advertisements for anything adult. The results of the Orlando Weekly case gave MBI the nerve to go national. Craigslist was attacked and shamed by the ignorant and many with an agenda, eventually caving also. The attack on Craigslist originated with none other than the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI) in Orlando. Doubt that? Read these public documents with thinly veiled threats:

MBI to Buckmaster September 2007

MBI to Buckmaster November 2007

Buckmaster to MBI November 2007

MBI to Buckmaster January 2008

MBI to Buckmaster March 2008

Note that the MBI refers to the demand to Craigslist to drop the adult categories as Good Corporate Citizenship.  I absolutely picture one of these whacks contacting PayPal and requesting that my account be frozen utilizing the usual tool box of lies and referring to my books as "obscene material". If I ever find out that they had something to do with my frozen account, I will sue the pants off of anyone involved.

Going after the publishers is not a new approach, but it is now used as a major tool in the anti-adult agenda toolbox. First Amendment attorney Lawrence Walters addressed the problem as it relates to adult business ads online in two recent posts:

Killing the Messenger: The Campaign Against Online Escort Advertising Sites; Part 1 - Setting the Stage

Killing the Messenger: The Campaign Against Online Escort Advertising Sites; Part II - Operational Policies and Legal Issues

When you read the two articles written by Walters, realize that this is a pursuit of any directory, classified ad seller, or online listings provider for these adults in the adult business. This has already existed to an extent, but the stakes are getting higher. As Walters states:

"Federal conspiracy, solicitation and money laundering statutes certainly don’t help an escort site’s plight. The epitome of broad and vague statutory language; these laws expose even the most tangentially involved individual/entity to potential legal liability."

Law enforcement agents around the US have managed to poison the phrase and business description of "escort services" by including street hookers and referring to any operator as a pimp. The reality is that most escort business operators market and book appointments and not much else. The general population in the US has fallen into their trap hook, line, and sinker.

Perhaps it is time for a new business title that omits the word "escort". They poisoned it - let them keep it! Changing titles for businesses and independents wouldn't be all that complicated. It was done back in 2000-2001 with the "hobbyists" and "providers" on message boards all over the world. One idea for the operator in a major city is "convention hostess" or we could all return to the "lingerie model" concept and the operators would offer model referrals or hostess referrals for conventions.

As one reader of this blog recently pointed out to me, the MegaUpload indictment is the beginning of the end. Mentioning that case, I was happy to read that Kim Dotcom was released on bond because as previously stated, I do not advocate any prison at all for non-violent activities. I do not like what these people did, but that doesn't translate to any desire to lock them in a cage. You can't believe that I would be happy that people steal what little I could have.

Today it hit the news that the US DOJ is now going after gambling websites even when the business is outside the US. From a blog reader:

"But NOW, they have dropped the pretext of being fair, and have gone after a gambling company not in the US, not registered in the US, and apparently not even banking in the US."
Verisign seizes .com domain registered via foreign Registrar on behalf of US Authorities

I can envision the US government seizing adult websites of all types, especially if a Republican (other than Ron Paul) makes it to the White House in the 2012 national election. Well known First Amendment attorney Lawrence Walters states this best: The Politics of Porn - 2012

Make sure that you get out and vote. Realize which politicians are ready to kill your income, your reading material, movies that adults enjoy, your bingo parlor, and anything else that is adult in the United States. Mark my words - the MBI has gone viral with the anti-adult agenda and anything from bingo parlors to internet cafés to adult businesses and writers of adult material are in the line of fire. Now that they've reached out to the payment processors (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard), it won't be that complicated.

It is indeed censorship as it is all a part of a government agenda. Do not pretend that greedy corporate payment processors do not want the money.

Paul Bergrin Trial: Twisting Words and Meaning

At the root of the case against Paul Bergrin is a statement that he allegedly made to associates of client William Baskerville. That statement has been used in the prosecution's opening statement and thrown-in during testimony by government witnesses. Each time the statement is used it is in quotation marks, so I am going to assume that the reporter writing the article is quoting from actual trial testimony.

The varied quotes of the statement

In the prosecutor's opening statement it reads, “No Kemo, no case.”

Source: Jason Grant – The Star Ledger

When Ramon Jimenez testified for the prosecution, his quote of the statement alters the meaning in favor of Paul Bergrin:

“During two hours of testifying for the prosecution, Jimenez also said he overheard Bergrin tell Curry if “there had been no witness, there would have been no case.’’”

Source: MaryAnn Spoto – The Star Ledger

During cross-examination of Ramon Jimenez, Paul Bergrin quotes the statement as:

“”On all these meetings (you had) with the government, with your attorney present, isn’t it a fact that you never mentioned that statement you say you heard from me, ‘If there is no witness, there is no case? ' “” Bergrin also establishes that Jimenez never mentioned this statement to the feds until much later, when he found out he was going to be charged with a serious drug crime.

Source: Jason Grant – The Star Ledger

According to the summary of the racketeering count in the actual indictment, the statement is much more involved:

1. Racketeering Act One: In 2003 and 2004, Bergrin, as a partner in PB&V, represented a client with the initials ―W.B.,‖ who was being held on federal drug trafficking charges. W.B. informed Bergrin during a private attorney-client visit that ―K.D.M.‖ was the government's key witness against him. Bergrin relayed that information to W.B.'s drug associates along with his own message that if they killed K.D.M., he could assure that W.B. escaped prison, but if they did not, W.B. would spend the rest of his life in jail. Those associates subsequently murdered K.D.M.

Source: Who is Paul Bergrin? The Feds 39 Count Indictment

11. Thereafter, in a telephone conversation and a face to face meeting, BERGRIN
passed the identity of the informant on to William Baskerville’s drug associates and told them that if they didn't kill “Kemo,” William Baskerville would spend the rest of his life in jail. After BERGRIN discussed how Baskerville’s drug associates were going to pay BERGRIN’s legal fee for his representation of William Baskerville, BERGRIN said that if there was no “Kemo” to testify against William Baskerville, there would be no case against William Baskerville. BERGRIN said that if “Kemo” was dead, that William Baskerville would definitely get out of jail. When BERGRIN left the meeting, he said “remember what I said, no Kemo, no case.”

This simple statement has seriously evolved, depending on who is repeating it

Federal prosecutors took that simple statement related by a convicted drug dealer (Ramon Jimenez) long after it was allegedly stated and twisted it into a murder plot to obtain the indictment, and it worked. DEA Agent Michael Smith made a sworn certification about a murder plot derived from a statement that didn't exist, at least not according to the witness that overheard it, Ramon Jimenez. Prosecutors then repeatedly stated to news reporters and in the opening argument at trial a shortened version: “No Kemo, no case.”

Do you see the serious differences and twists of this statement? This has really bothered me – anyone can take any statement out of context, but this is far more than an out of context statement; it is a complete rewrite of the screenplay.

When Paul Bergrin supposedly had this conversation that Ramon Jimenez overheard, the statement, at least according to Jimenez's testimony was, “if “there had been no witness, there would have been no case.’’

It could easily be interpreted as Paul Bergrin stating a pure fact: This is a case that wouldn't exist, but it does because there is a witness to the act and there isn't anything you can do for your associate. It sure as hell doesn't translate to an order or even an idea to kill, if it was ever stated to begin with.

No motive, no case.

Jason Itzler of NY Confidential Fame: Clown or Killer?

I have never mentioned Jason Itzler on this blog for a couple of reasons. The main reason that I ignore him is that he sought fame as a result of mismanaging the escort business known as New York Confidential for two years (2003-04) and his mismanagement resulted in a plea bargain and prison sentence in 2005. It is so easy to open and operate an escort service the wrong way and end-up in prison so why did he get all of the attention that he demanded?

The secondary reasoning for never discussing him is that I have always considered him a clown. What moron calls himself the “king of pimps” publicly and to news reporters in interviews? Itzler does, or rather did. I find the entire concept absurd and would have renamed him the king of clowns. Beyond that, I have felt for some time that it is entirely possible that Jason Itzler is a confidential informant, though if he is, he sure didn't get a very good deal for whatever information he gave. Hell, this idiot is even the clown of CIs, if he is one.

I am only writing about Itzler now as something that I read yesterday was really disturbing. So that we are on the same level of understanding here, the articles that I found disturbing are:

Jason Itzler was arrested on various charges in relation to a new business in New York, a companion service as he referred to it in court, just a couple of weeks ago (September 9th I believe). There were drug charges included this round and he has been arrested on drug charges in past; smuggling ecstacy to be specific. This time the charges include selling cocaine to this alleged client of his new business. I must imagine that the “client” was a set-up to begin with.

According to the articles noted, Julia Sumnicht's family hired a private investigator that discovered Julia's last hours before she returned to sleep in her own bed were spent with Itzler and his Miami roommate Zoltan Prepszent, a photographer. Dumb as he is, Itzler has already been running his mouth to reporters in NY from jail in relation to this girl's death and the GHB he also ingested, but of course he didn't die, and there was no mention of whether Prepszent took the crap also, or not.

You'd think that after all of his previous arrests and his time in prison, Itzler would have learned to shut the hell up by now. He's so stupid that he apparently doesn't realize he's probably going to be facing a murder or wrongful death arrest in the near future.

So is he a clown or a killer? In my opinion he is a clown and as clueless as Julia Sumnicht was. So who drugged both of them or did they drug themselves? If this girl took the drugs of her own free will and Itzler did not provide them, can Itzler still be charged in her death? After all, we are all responsible for our own lives and behavior.

Beyond that, if the feds intended to use Itzler as a witness in Paul Bergrin's trial, well, he has indeed worn-out his usefulness and tanked his credibility forever.

Reflections on the Aftermath of Hurricane Andrew

I read the Wikipedia article relating to Hurricane Andrew facts and it is accurate for the most part, but excludes some important issues. Really sorry I didn't try harder to put that new and complicated model printer with a scanner together so I could post the images here, but it was too much for me and I threw its many parts back in its box and returned it to Walmart. So here we are...

Driving south on the Florida Turnpike hours after it all hit was the easiest drive ever – few vehicles headed south, all tolls were open, and no state troopers or cops anywhere. Yes, I confess to driving 100 mph, but no worry as I know how to drive; I learned in Germany where they have an actual test of skill. At some point right after Bird Road exit (S.W. 40th Street), all of the signs disappeared. So if one didn't know where they were going they were out of luck. I knew where I was going.

I exited on S.W. 186 Street (Quail Roost Drive). I just knew the exit, though there were no signs. I knew to drive east towards the bay, though there were no street signs or traffic lights anywhere. This area is known as Perrine. There was nothing green. All the trees were stripped bare and looked like sticks and all of the foliage and vegetation was gone... really gone. Shocking mainly because Miami is better known for its greenery, or was.

Driving east towards Cutler Ridge, the bay, it only got worse. There were still no signs, not even stop signs or any means available to identify location, so I just drove east and eventually made it to Old Cutler Road. Most houses were still standing, but windows were now shredded glass and and vehicles littered the streets, twisted beyond recognition. Power poles and lines were all over the place, blocking roadways, on top of houses. Shreds of glass and twisted metal everywhere is the prevailing memory.

Driving through the devastation I finally made it to my friend's home. They had holes in what was left of the roof, no windows, mud all over the floors and walls... We unloaded the car and were soon consuming barbeque and beer – never forget the charcoal; I didn't. Their daughter and her husband arrived in short time – their trailer in Homestead was gone – and we heard the stories of massive devastation in Homestead (South Dade County). They had driven there in a vehicle with shreds of glass all over the place. Of course they cleaned off what they could before embarking on that journey, but shredded glass can almost never be cleared completely, and certainly not in an hour and they had cuts all over.

My friends and the children had spent the worst part of the hurricane in the bathroom and in a bedroom closet. And then all was quiet, too quiet, they knew something was wrong, and the real damage began. Tornadoes took anything standing, with the exception of a coffee table and an eggshell hanging from the embroidered Easter decoration; both were intact in the exact location they were in when it all started. They were working to cover what remained of the roof with plastic sheeting. It started to rain and the sky turned dark, like icing on a devastation cake.

I left before sundown with a list of items to bring back on my next trip, the day after. The area was under martial law and anyone on the streets after dark would be arrested. It was day 3 after Andrew hit when I returned. Odd enough, my friend's Bellsouth landline worked through it all so we were in contact. Back in Orlando the Red Cross was begging for donations for victims: cash and other items. It was day 3 and then day 4 after, but still no one came to help. The Red Cross had a truck sitting on S.W. 40th Street (Bird Road) and S.W. 87th Avenue (Galloway), miles before any of the devastation.

The looting had started full force and the Red Cross feared driving into the area, at least that is what they stated to me on the phone when I called the Orlando office demanding answers. They stated that their trucks were being overturned and even hijacked.

On day 6 after I made my third trip down. Still no Red Cross, but Burger King and Arby's were out there in trucks passing out food. I was informed that they arrived on day 5 after and were constantly refilling and returning. Burger King Corporation took the place of Red Cross, the state and federal government, and anyone else that should have been there. Meanwhile the USAF was landing jets with necessities and supplies to pass out in Homestead, but other soldiers (don't know if they were National Guard or Army) were holding off the people with AK-47s. Riots ensued until they finally started passing the stuff out.

Around a hundred monkeys escaped from a laboratory at Monkey Jungle and many escaped from a lab at the University of Miami. Exotic birds and animals escaped from the devastated Metro Zoo. The people were not the only ones to lose their homes.

Everyone was armed, but then it is Miami. I have photos of National Guard handcuffing looters to bars on a convenience store directly behind my friend's house. There was a clear view without the trees and bushes present. The helicopters were out full force and enforcing the sundown curfew. After my third trip I didn't return for a month as my friends had the basics under control. The lasting memory on that last trip was all of the U-Hauls lining the streets. The people were leaving Miami with what they had left. Many moved to Broward County and many to Orlando to start a new life. The Miami that I knew would never be again.

My son's father worked with our friend doing contractor work and eventually AC repair work for the next months. He lived in an RV in their driveway. The main point that I recall him making is that it was hot, seriously hot, and they were taking cold water showers. They did have beer and barbeque on a daily basis though. Eventually my friends were able to buy the house they'd rented for pennies on the $, and of course had to deal with all the repairs.

Don't forget that no one came. I recall President Bush (H.W.) flying over the devastated areas in a helicopter and people were waving from their rooftops. Everyone painted their insurance info (company and policy #) on the roof and/or on the sides of the house so that insurance adjusters could identify policy holders. The areas hit the worst were not warned or ordered to evacuate and no one came until Burger King arrived on day 5 after, but by day 7 after a variety of organizations and people made their way in. It was 25+ heavily populated miles of solid devastation in South Dade.

Hurricanes and Mandatory Evacuations: The Hype

Someone needs to say it, so I will. I am reading about mandatory evacuations in wait of Hurricane Irene that cover much of the East coast from Virginia to New England, including parts of Manhattan. The subway system in NYC is being shut down for the first time ever!

Here in Cape Canaveral, I barely felt a breeze when I was out earlier. Anyway, I have experienced the heavy hype in past – it was particularly heavy in 2004 and 2005 when a few major hurricanes actually did hit the Cocoa Beach area. I went to my mom's, on a barrier island, in each situation as she wouldn't leave, but I did send my son to Orlando, 45 miles inland.

This area had mandatory evacuations for at least 3 out of 5 hurricanes. In one situation, a friend in Orlando called me concerned for my safety – he said that in Orlando they were showing the particular area of the island as being underwater and he feared I was dead. Hmmm – I was unable to find coffee anywhere and the electricity had gone out in the middle of the hurricane, but that was the worst of it. I believe that power was out for five days during that one and there were large puddles and downed power lines, but mandatory evacuations and 20-30 foot water surges? Nope – it was a trick of the cameras.

The winds were really high in each case and lots of trees blown all over the place, but a state of emergency? This is usually something that is declared for the state to get federal funds. Of course there are exceptions, like Andrew in August of 1992. Andrew was predicted to hit Broward County and North Dade County and the beach areas of both, but instead it really hit south Dade County, from S.W. 160th street all the way to south Homestead. Andrew was the disaster they buried and the areas hit – 25 miles of solid devastation – were not even warned.

I have close friends in Miami, actually in Cutler Ridge where Andrew really hit. I was on my way south to help them by 8am. Andrew hit around 5am. I still have plenty of photos from the many trips down there – if I had a scanner I would add a few here. They declared martial law down there and the National Guard was in control for several months. My son's father went down to work with our friends in Cutler Ridge and they had no electricity for months – I believe it was 4 months to be as precise as possible. It was a true disaster like Katrina was, but both for different reasons and issues.

The problems with Katrina were actually after Katrina when the levees failed. Hurricane Andrew problems were really all about multiple tornadoes. I was told that it wasn't so much the hurricane, but it was the 50+ embedded tornadoes at the center. I know this for fact, no matter how many want to dispute it. My friend's house was a perfect example: The couch in the living room was pulled through the window. An Easter decoration that his daughter made, a wooden circle with embroidered cloth clamped with a painted eggshell hanging from it, revealed the eggshell to be perfectly intact, yet the cloth had a huge hole ripped through the center. Do you know how hard, if not impossible, it is to rip cloth? This is tornado damage. The mud all over the living room walls and floors is hurricane related.

So what happens with mandatory evacuations?

Well, really it is just the emergency services people saying that if there is a problem, there will not be any assistance available. Don't bother to dial 911 if the forecasters are correct and there really are 20 to 30 foot water surges. Thank goodness they are usually incorrect, which could be the main reason they claim a target area that spans 700+ miles, right?

I have plenty of hurricane stories to tell. One that I won't forget from 2004 and 2005 is that they blocked any roads and stopped drivers from entering the barrier islands and Cape Canaveral / Cocoa Beach. My son was unable to drive over here and was told the area was a disaster by cops at roadblocks while I was on the phone with him stating the truth, and he did have an island address on his driver's license. When you leave during a mandatory evacuation they do not let you return until they feel like it, days later in this situation. I had dropped my vehicle off at a safe parking garage so I had no transportation.

Evacuating all of coastal New Jersey and New York is different. In my opinion, you may want to analyze the situation for yourself. Really the major issue with hurricanes are the power outages and trust me, it gets hot. Just make sure that you do not evacuate directly into its path as so many did during Hurricane Charley in August of 2004.

Open an Escort Service in Baghdad

My Blueprint book could indeed be used to open and operate an escort business anywhere in the world, including Baghdad, Erbil, Islamabad, Kabul, Kuwait City, Mosul, Basrah, Kandahar, Peshawar, Lahore etc... Why let the war profiteers beat you to it? Oh I'm sure that the listed cities already have some form of an escort service already going, but why not professionalize it?

You may need to license it as an entertainment company and in some areas you may not need to license it at all. I'd bet that a party stripper company would go over rather well in Baghdad. Make sure to offer Strip-o-gram style costumed shows and escorts that offer social companionship for the Baghdad Embassy and Green Zone crowd. Where Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels, and Starwood go is where your escort business should be. Hell, even Best Western is in on the party.

I posted on the topic of escort businesses anywhere on the Blueprint Blog back in May, so I won't be too repetitious here. The post is: Open an Escort Business Anywhere

A quote from that post: “Really it all comes down to the level of acceptance for adult business on an outcall basis. It is the level of acceptance in any geographical area that will ultimately determine how you operate and the type of license that you will want.”

If you Google the phrase, “Baghdad escorts” you will see listings for convoy and security escorts, but no escort services of this type yet. However, if you Google the phrase “Islamabad escorts” a company called VIP Dubai Escorts is listed, but they list cities all over the Middle East and beyond as cities of operation. And check those rates: 1 Hour = 3500 A.E.D. = $953 today!

By the way, VIP Dubai has a great website, but how viewable is it on an arrangement of smartphones? I'd have to test it to tell you (smile). Reaching users searching on a variety of wireless devices is really important these days, and probably more important in Baghdad than here.

It is time to jump-in if this interests you. You must view it as Marriott did, with the exception of the 2008 Islamabad bombing, and understand that it is all about business. You certainly would have a built-in market with the many contractors and high-ranking US military in the region. Trust me – this crowd calls, and they've got the $$$s these days. Isn't that what any business is about? Making money and doing business where the money is?

To get started with your plan you should first check out Iraq Business News. You will see a “Leisure and Tourism” category among many others. I couldn't find anything about adult business of any sort, but I consider it time to be a pioneer on this venture. Before you know it they will have such a category, or maybe not. I did note that Karbala will soon have a monorail system, which is more than we have here in Orlando.

I am amazed that only the one escort business shows in a variety of searches. I advise you to specialize in one location, like Baghdad for example, and beyond that to separate the party stripper business from the escort service. I am available for consultations for $45 an hour, with better packages available for 20+ hours – don't ask how I arrived at that specific figure (smile). For a bit more, I'd come over and run it for you, or at least get it going, but you can't pay me via PayPal.

If you don't do it, you could bet that someone else will be soon.

Is this satire? Not really.

Portrayal of Bradley Manning in US Media

I used to enjoy PBS Frontline shows and have watched many over the years, but not after last week's show aired on Bradley Manning. Half of the show was about his personal life prior to his wrongful detainment and I wouldn't know what the other half was about because I sure as hell didn't watch it. The attempt to paint a man that allegedly risked his life and lost his freedom so that we may all know the truth about the faux War on Terror as a mentally incompetent with juvenile level issues is abhorrent.

I'm with Lulzsec all the way here: Fuck PBS and the Frontline show and the horse they rode in on! The reputation of this broadcaster and this show was just flushed down a toilet by anyone with a brain.

Yep, the good news is that Lulzsec hacked the PBS website, posted thousands of passwords, and included an article about Tupac being found in New Zealand. Don't you love it? I did. I only hope they've covered their tracks well because an angry mob of US pro-war profiteers with all the money in the world should not be taken lightly. The thought sends shivers up my spine.

While I'm at it, fuck that stupid twit Adrian Lamo too. This idiot and his falsified chat logs and his bullshit concern for possible lost lives is nothing but a US military tool. A lousy informant assigned a military handler that will pull his puppet strings. Get a fuckin' backbone you stupid piece of crap.

I'm sure we can look forward to US military sock puppets twisting this story beyond recognition for the sake of the brain-dead in this country.

Masters of Deception

The internet has changed the world in the last 20 years as more people came online as each year passed. By 1999-2000, the number of people viewing news somewhere other than the mainstream published and syndicated sources, such as CNN and the New York Times, had increased exponentially. None of us are stuck with the news as they present it anymore. We can find any opinion that we seek on the internet and someone somewhere will agree with our viewpoint.

I recall a friend back in 1995 that believed the internet to be completely controlled by government and every move, word, and statement theirs for the tracking. She thought anything that we did or said online could be and eventually would be used against us; like it was one huge plot. She chastised me for having a website for my escort service back then and vowed to never experience the internet. She died in 2008, good to her word. She was Dusty in Memoirs; the escort that worked with me for a short time, was arrested by the MBI, and then left the country until her probation was over with, mailing in her payments to the state.

Dusty went to Europe and worked in clubs in various cities in Germany, Amsterdam, and in Geneva. Her family is German and she was on a mission to hire an attorney and have legal documents translated in her pursuit of land, art, and other property confiscated from her family by the US government following World War 2. She had been on a trail for several years at that point and had zero trust in the US government, believing its representatives had stolen her heritage. She died a poor woman and had no success in her pursuit.

I recall telling Dusty that it was a situation of “if you can't beat them, then join them” in relation to the internet. There was no way to stop technology and its availability so I considered it most intelligent to study networks, hacking, and later Carnivore. Before the MBI knew what Carnivore was, I knew exactly what it was capable of. I actually used to email one escort the client appointment information using PGP – does anyone remember what that is? I remember reading about the verbal attacks on PGP developer Phil Zimmermann in the news following September 11, 2001. There were actually people so stupid that they claimed PGP had a role in that day and attempted to shame him into placing a backdoor in the encryption program for the feds.

Not much doubt that Dusty was correct in her initial assessment of the situation. Today many that are now on-board (or rather online) consider people like Dusty and I conspiracy theorists. It is not my fault that they arrived 10+ years later and are clueless. Today we have the US military using software that creates multiple fake online personae with the main goal of spreading government propaganda and deceiving the general public. Read the article written by Nick Fielding and Ian Cobain in the Guardian here: Revealed: US spy operation that manipulates social media

The US actually uses sock puppets to deceive the ignorant and spread propaganda. How crazy is that? I'd place bets that I have had arguments with one or more of their sock puppets, regardless of the the claim that the program is not yet implemented. It is so absurd that I must laugh.... (laugh break...). Okay – the worst part is that there are so many gullible people online these days that they buy it hook, line, and sinker. I stopped arguing with sock puppets long ago, so if you're that stupid then so be it – I do not intend to enlighten you. *smile*

And then there's Facebook. Julian Assange brought-up the tracking abilities of agents using Facebook recently. Let's face it – they must only be a friend of a friend to get started without the company's permission. I have 5 Facebook friends, so if you sent me a friend request and I never responded, this is why. I comment there on a rare occasion – maybe once every three or four months – and that is how I have always been. Nothing new here. I know someone that posted anything and everything there, and some people that still do.

Indeed, between the USA Patriot Act, the false War on Terror, US military sock puppets, and Facebook we are all tracked in America. However, I seriously doubt that it is any different in Canada or the EU. There is subterfuge around every corner, as they are just waiting, watching. It makes COINTELPRO look mild in comparison. They are the masters of deception.

My Blueprint Books: Expounding on the Issues

This discussion is about Blueprint for an Escort Service and it is not a book ad. Our world has many people that despise adult business for one reason or another. Sometimes the reasoning involves religion and other times it is the result of a bad experience or media hype. On occasion there is an agenda-based hatred for adult businesses of various types. I will address all of the stated reasoning here.

Why did I write and publish Blueprint for an Escort Service?

In all honesty my main reason was that Memoirs of an Accused Madam has never been a seller – the original or the second edition. Writing Blueprint was an idea that popped in my mind when I asked myself what type of books do sell these days. I wrote it in 3 weeks and by the end of week 4, I was looking at a paperback. The subsequent Blueprint books – Blueprint 2 and Complete Blueprint – were an answer to thoughts and questions concerning the original book. Blueprint 2 is mainly about doing it all on a budget and Complete Blueprint combines the two with some updates. They haven't hit the mainstream at this point, but they do sell decently for self-published books.

My secondary reasoning was to bring a level of professionalism to the escort business that often does not exist because of the lack of information out there. It was a closed club of sorts, but it isn't anymore. The few people that have information to sell in a how-to form charge a high price and do not necessarily offer the best information. Look at it this way: Someone in the business has nothing to gain and everything to lose by helping others enter the business. Someone convicted on charges involving an escort service has information with little appeal as obviously they seriously screwed-up.

Finally, the information is now at your fingertips if you want it. I managed to make opening an escort service something that anyone can do. I made it all accessible and took the mystery out of the equation. For $9.99 (ebook) or whatever amount Amazon is currently charging for the paperback, anyone can enter the escort business.

Why would anyone want to open an escort service?

There are many possible reasons, but most involve a need to survive and cover more than just the basic bills in life. The great thing that I have watched happen since Blueprint was published is that professionals are giving it a second look and getting into the business.

I have had the pleasure of corresponding with plenty of professionals or professional types that are the best thing that could ever happen to the entire industry. I cannot be too specific here, but I'll give you an idea:
  • A really great guy in the NE US that could barely survive after alimony and child support were paid every month
  • An unemployed white collar professional in a major SW US city
  • An advertising and marketing professional in Los Angeles
  • A website designer in NYC
  • A professional consultant in Las Vegas
  • A security guard in Houston that couldn't pay the basic bills
  • An unemployed couple in NYC that was on the verge of foreclosure
  • A restaurant owner in the Midwest US

The list goes on and on, but the one trait that each person has in common is that they're entrepreneurial. They enter the business with enough knowledge to do it all correctly and earn a great living, but also know they'll never make $millions as bullshit ads claim or many in the general population seem to believe. If one operates correctly there are not $millions to be made – it is that simple.

Joe Scam the pimp has little interest in my book and if he does purchase it, it is highly unlikely that he'll follow through anyway. Why? Because doing it all correctly is far from easy and Joe would make much less money.

So what are cops saying?

The general consensus among police agencies is that I offer information that is about “legally circumventing the law” as it pertains to the escort business. The first question that I must respond with is: Why? Don't you want escort agencies to operate professionally and legally? Of course the answer is already evident – they do not want escort agencies at all.

The failure of that entire idea is that escort businesses will be around whether they want them or not. According to these people all escort services are fronts for prostitution and shouldn't exist at all. My response to that is that they should be attacking state and local authorities and getting that definition on the books legally, or just shut the hell up. Many are religious zealots like Sheriff Grady Judd and his troop of followers.

I have heard from Judd himself before. I would be lying if I said the call had zero effects on me – no one in their right mind wants to be booked into Polk County jail and put through hell for the next couple of years. I quickly overcame the effects though, so no issue. I know that they couldn't get much of a bond because I have proved that I show-up in court whether anyone wants me to or not. And a bond is all about making sure the defendant appears, right?

If ever arrested over my Blueprint book I would make the arresting agency the laughing stock and prevail in the end, so not much to lose there. Memoirs would sell then for sure, which is what none of them want.

End Results

Plenty of old school agency owners in that previously closed club have lost their grip on the business. As it turns out, me and my Blueprint books are more effective than any law enforcement agency in history as their escorts desert in droves. The stranglehold that many had on the business for so long is finished. Yes, I am aware of specific incidents and transformations in US cities, but do not have the liberty of expounding on the topic.

I think I will take all of the attacks on my books and my person with a cup of salt. I do thank my few defenders.

Bad Cops an Epidemic in the US

A police officer has more power than anyone, including the President of the United States (POTUS). This is a statement that I first read in Marshall Frank's book, Criminal Injustice in America: Essays by a Career Cop. Marshall Frank spent 30 years in law enforcement in Miami and is a retired captain from the Metro-Dade Police Department. He would know. If you are interested in the thoughts of a man that spent 30 years in the trenches, buy the book from Amazon or from: Marshall Frank

From the time I entered this country to date I have encountered so many bad cops that I considered this a U.S. epidemic. Sure, I know that there are some good cops out there; I just drew the justice card and rarely meet any. We all draw different cards in life and mine all relate to justice, or rather injustice.

Most people go through life and never encounter bad cops. This doesn't mean that I did anything wrong and they did everything correct; it means that they didn't draw the justice card in life. Most people remain clueless as to the inner workings of the criminal justice system in the US, though I am not so sure that clueless is a preferred state of mind so I'm happy that I am enlightened regardless of all the problems involved.

I watched a CNN special a few nights ago: Race and Rage: Rodney King 20 Years Later

Rodney King stated that he did forgive the officers that beat him on that unforgettable night in Los Angeles. You may be thinking, why can't you forgive if King can Vicky? Well, I thought about that myself when he made the statement; however, the huge difference is that King's bad cops paid – two officers were convicted on civil rights violations and then King received $million + for his suffering. No one would even let my bad cops get to the point of a trial. None of the bad cops that I have encountered in the last 25 years have paid, yet. So, my state of mind is still that of an angry victim.

I do not know if there is a God and a Heaven and a Hell. I often have doubts and consider believers to be no different than idol worshipers. We all need a crutch in life, but that has never been my crutch. For the first time in many years I prayed to this unknown God the other night. I did this while my son and his friend were in the clutches of the scary and dangerous bad cops referred to in my last post (now removed). I do not know if prayer helped or not, but they went from intent to seize the vehicle and arrest my son and his friend on some unknown charges to a short don't come back here again speech. Maybe there is a God after all. Maybe deputy bad-ass #1 had second thoughts for another reason.

A quick search in the Inmate Locator on the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) website reveals that former Chicago police commander Jon Burge is finally serving his sentence. If you are not familiar with the deranged Chicago police commander that ordered and/or participated in torturing over 200 African American men between 1972 and 1991 to force confessions, view this video: Survivors of Jon Burge's torture regime speak out

Let's not pretend that the charges that Burge was tried on and convicted of reflected his actual crimes against humanity. Burge is the poster child for bad cops.

What ever happened to Lake County Florida Sheriff's Office Detective Ralph D. Fiorenza? The information that I located says that he is retired. He receives a pension for his years of service, no matter that those years included falsifying reports and other criminal acts committed against Mario J. Bassignani and uncountable others, no doubt. This piece of shit, like so many others including Jon Burge, is actually allowed to retire with a pension. Not familiar with Mario Bassignani's story? Read on the website that Mario's brother has had online since 2002.

Mario was an engineer at Kennedy Space Center until bad-ass detective Fiorenza entered his life. Mario blew his brains out on the courthouse steps in Lake County, Florida on February 6, 2001. May Mario Bassignani rest in peace and know that if there is a Hell, well, Fiorenza will be going there when he finally croaks.

Bad cops are rarely held accountable for their criminal acts in the US, so is it no wonder that cops like Frank Carter, former Melbourne P.D. officer, and the asshat Deputy Genovese of the Hernando County Sheriff's Office that my son and his friend encountered over the weekend run rampant as they do? No wonder at all as most (defined as more than 50%) of Americans love to see people in cages and suffering.

We live in a country in which most of the population loves to see others suffer, whether guilty or not. Toss that bullshit line innocent until proven guilty right out your proverbial window, because they do not give a rat's ass and consider anyone a cop approaches to question or anyone arrested guilty. We don't need trials here; not in the US. Cops decide innocence or guilt and cops get away with anything and everything in this corrupt nation.

But eventually all bad cops pay for their dirty deeds and crimes against the people.
